The project treats participation as part of the infrastructure, because culture only survives when people keep using it.
Channels
Where People Gather
Telegram is the primary live community layer, while X, Reddit, Medium, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the website extend the public record and distribution surface.
Each channel can serve a different purpose: conversation, publication, visibility, archival context, or cultural spread.
Standards
How It Should Feel
The tone should stay skeptical, funny, transparent, and human. The community should not need artificial urgency to feel alive.
A strong culture can be active without being frantic, visible without being manipulative, and playful without being careless.
